Har insaan apne jeevan mein kabhi na kabhi dukh ka anubhav karta hai.
Chahe wo financial problems ho, parivarik tanav ho ya mann ki chinta — dukh aaj ki duniya ka ek ahem hissa ban chuka hai.
Par kya aapne kabhi socha hai, jeevan mein itna dukh kyu hai? Jab hum sab sukh ki talash karte hain, to dukh baar-baar kyu aata hai?

Jeevan mein dukh ke mukhya karan

1. Ichchhaon ka anant jaal

Jab humari koi ichchha puri nahi hoti, to hum dukhi ho jaate hain.
Ichchhaayein anant hain, lekin resources limited hain.
Isi asantulan ke karan dukh janm leta hai.

2. Agyanta (Spiritual Ignorance)

Hum apne aapko kewal sharir aur mann samajh baithte hain.
Apni asli pahchaan, yani ki “main atma hoon,” isse na jaankar hum chanchal sukhon ke peechhe bhaagte hain, aur aakhir mein dukh ko paate hain.

3. Aasakti (Attachment)

Jab hum logon, vastuon ya samman se zyada jud jaate hain, tab unka kho jaana hume gehra dukh deta hai.

4. Karm ka niyam (Law of Karma)

“Jaise karm karoge, waise phal paoge.”
Hamare past aur present karmon ka hi fal hume dukh ya sukh ke roop mein bhugatna padta hai.

1. Ichchhaon par niyantran

Chhoti-chhoti baaton mein santosh paana seekhiye.
Jitni kam ichchhaayein, utna kam dukh.

2. Apne asli roop ko samjho (Self-realization)

Gehrai se samjhiye: “Main sharir nahi, atma hoon.”
Jab ye gyaan pakka ho jaata hai, tab baahari paristhitiyan hume prabhavit nahi karti.

3. Niswaarth prem aur seva

Jab hum bina kisi swarth ke doosron ki madad karte hain, to humare andar ek alag shanti aur anand ka anubhav hota hai.

4. Satsang aur Dhyan (Meditation)

Roz thoda samay satsang sunne aur dhyan karne mein bitaiye.
Ye man ko shaant aur sthir banata hai.


Mahan Santon ke anusar dukh

Kabir Sahib kehte hain:

“Dukh mein sumiran sab karein, sukh mein kare na koy,
Jo sukh mein sumiran karein, to dukh kahe ko hoy.”

Arth: Agar hum sukh ke samay bhi Bhagwan ko yaad karein, to kabhi asli dukh nahi aata.

Bhagavad Gita mein Shri Krishna kehte hain:

“Mujh ek ke sharan mein aa jao.”
Main tumhe sabhi dukhon se mukti dunga, chinta mat karo.
